Episode 27 WATCHMEN

Welcome to the coverage of our very first superhero movie! Watchmen (2009) and its original publication in comic books were hugely influential in what we now accept as modern superhero movies. Join us as we discuss the author Alan Moore, the controversial director, Zack Snyder, and its overall impact on pop culture. Listen, as Johnny Has the Keys takes you to an alternate universe where history is similar, yet vastly different, costumed heroes aren’t necessarily noble, and we ponder the magnitude of sacrifice needed for the greater good.
